Do you sell more products that are not listed on the website?

Yes, We have many more products that are either new in stock or not listed on the website as of yet. Products are added daily to the website. If there is a product you would like delivered that is not on the website please call or email and add this onto your order.

How to add products onto an already placed order?

You can email Sufyaan@alfawholesale.com or contact 07958676545 wih your order number. You can then request the missing iems and pay over the phone via card or cash on delivery.

What are the delivery area?

As this is a new service we have introduced we will only be offering Home delivery to Glasgow & East Renfrewshire areas.

The rest of the UK & Northern Ireland will be delivered via courier. Delivery will take 2-4 working days.

How do I know if my area is covered?

Please contact us either via email or mobile sufyaan@alfawholesale.com or 07958676545. We have a dedicated email and Mobile number for home deliveries. You will recieve a response within 1 hour.

I have received a wrong item or missing an item in my order?

All orders will be checked twice. Once at the warehouse before dispatch and once at your home. If the order is still missing an item or a wrong item has been sent, the driver will bring the product back to the warehouse where it will be refunded back to the original payment method.

For Deliveries around the UK & Northern Ireland the process is the same. Once recieved if the products are damaged or wrong please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Can you leave my delivery unattended?

Unfortunately, Our drivers can not leave your delivery unattended. All deliveries will be photographed and signed for on delivery. If requested the delivery can be left with a neighbour. The neighbour can sign for it. Once signed the delivery is no longer our responsibilty.

Will I be given a time slot for my delivery?

When Our driver is on the way to your house, you will recieve a text message with an ETA.

Can I cancel an item or return an item once delivered?

If you decide to cancel an item before delivery, just let our driver know what product you would like to send back. Once the product is returned back to the depo, the product will be refunded back to the original payment mehtod. The driver will mark this item and obtain your signature on his copy of the invoice.

If you decide to return an unopened product after delivery please bring it back into the depot within 28 days with your invoice.

For orders around the UK & Northern ireland please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Frozen and chilled items are non refundable.

Can I exchange an item once delivered?

Yes an unopened Product can be exchanged with your invoice within 28 days.

For orders around the UK & Northern Ireland Products can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
